Contact
For crawler questions or a report problem, include the public website address, the approximate time of the analysis and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, access tokens or private site content.
Managing crawler access
The crawler identifies itself as FreeSiteExplorerBot. Website operators can use a robots.txt rule for that user agent to disallow automated crawling. We do not bypass login requirements or site access controls.
Before reporting an issue
A timeout or access restriction does not prove that a link is broken. A partial crawl can miss JavaScript navigation and pages beyond its limits. Read how the crawler works and our data handling policy for context.
